Over the next few weeks I am going to do a series of articles on the value of design. These articles will explore the foundation of this site and try to provide some new explanations to why design should be valued. Hopefully this will be a lot of things designers already know and a lot of things that executives likely didn't think about or didn't completely grasp. Communicating the value of design can often be a very difficult thing. And now we are even try to measure design's effectiveness, which can be even more difficult. Hopefully through this series you will find a new respect for design and have a better understanding of why it is such an integral part of your business.
